Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Serrana

One of my favorite stays, great communication and really amazing home. Everything met expectations and I hope to return soon!

Amamos host at Edinaldo's House and Nil. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, educated people, beautiful waterfalls and signposted trails. We'll be back for sure!

The house is beautiful. Very well built, with integrated internal and external spaces. The view is breathtakingly beautiful (but get ready to climb a hill by car). infinity pool, sauna, a large Jacuzzi that fits the whole family... Adriana, the employee, was also great. The stay was wonderful. The only issue is that the shower water is difficult to regulate and keeps heating and cooling, but nothing that significantly affects the experience. We plan to come back!

My family and I love the house. Very beautiful. And it has an extraordinary view. We spent an amazing fds. The days were cold, but we still enjoyed the warm pool. Dominique provided all the necessary information, all clearly. From before check-in to check-out. If you seek peace, only hear birds and cricket. This is the place to go. Amamos 🩷

Lucas is an incredible host. Besides the house being very good, he was extremely attentive and quick in the answers. The condominium has a good location, is approximately 15 minutes from Itaipava and has an excellent structure. I will definitely return to the house.

Our experience was great, the house was extremely clean and tidy, comfortable bed with several pillows and blankets (which is great since it was cold at the time we went), very well-equipped kitchen, nice balcony with hammock, we felt at home. The host was super kind and friendly and it was super easy to find the house and get the keys. The shower is a little weak, but the bathroom was impeccably clean. We would definitely come back.

We had an unforgettable experience in the house. We traveled in a group of six adults and three children and the house fully served us. It is even more beautiful live, we are delighted with the beauty and cosiness of the place. A large, airy and very bright house, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a very complete kitchen, there was nothing missing. The outdoor area is beautiful, with garden, garden, orchard and the delicious pool. We found everything in perfect order and flawless cleanliness. Excellent beds, pillows, showers and trousers, all very clean and well taken care of. Eliana was an attentive and helpful host from beginning to end, we were greeted by her with great sympathy and communication was great from beginning to end. She told us the cook Sueli, who was also a gift! Very friendly, careful and excellent in the kitchen. We enjoy every minute of our stay, enjoying the landscape, the warmth of the house and the peace the place offers. Excellent and very safe location. Hard to have to leave!!

Good afternoon, We were in the family spending a few days in Itaipava and we count on the generosity and receptivity of the owner Mr. Larry who provided us all the information about the arrival at the address, using the facilities and places to visit. The property is in excellent condition and with great facilities. Mr. Larry always very generous, to whom we thank immensely, me and the whole family feel at home. We had an exceptional stay. The apartment is very well decorated and functional, with all the necessary utensils available and a homey feel. It was all very clean and organized. The building is very safe and well located, it is on a quiet street. The host was very kind, responded quickly and gave great restaurant tips. All of this ensured a wonderful stay! We highly recommend it!

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

Everything was impeccable! Everything was clean and tidy, I just had to take the bags because I already had everything. Great location, I did everything on foot because I was able to go to several tourist spots and restaurants on foot. The view is amazing, I will definitely come back.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was very peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I am allergic to smells, I felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!
