The accommodation matches the listing, it is very well maintained and ideally located for swimming, hiking or cycling. It is very functional, lots of utensils and very good bedding. We recommend it.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a very beautiful chalet in the mountains. Quiet and very well equipped. Lots of beautiful hikes to do all around in the mountains and not far from Lake Annecy. Really very well, I recommend

Catherine and her husband were perfect hosts. Kind, attentive and generous. The apartment was absolutely spotless and clean with good quality fixtures and fittings, coffee maker etc. The views of the mountains front and back were beautiful. The BBQ area was well thought out with a covered area for cooler evenings.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

Fantastic stay at Chalet Chez Lucienne Chez Lucienne is a beautiful chalet, with all the comforts. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given an extensive tour. The chalet was sparkling clean and exuded pure luxury. We have fully enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge-freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and almost every kitchen appliance you can think of. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and the showers with rain shower ensure a wonderful start or end to the day. The host was incredibly friendly and always available. The sandwich service was also ideal. In addition, the ski bus is around the corner, making it easy and fast to the ski resort. We would like to thank the host very much for this fantastic stay and hope to definitely come back again in the future! Family Spijkers

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very nice village! Super accessible by bus, which stops right in front of the house.

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.
