Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Carlo and his wife are wonderful hosts. They greeted us with a big smile and a nice chat. The house exceeded our expectations, it is beautiful and impeccable. We feel at home, it has everything you need to be like that. They even left us coffee, food, water... all the details were present. It was a pleasure to have stayed there, if we return, this will be our home.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at La Presura. The place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The pool is a big advantage in this very hot month of June. The host at the reception was very kind and the glass of wine offered on arrival was very appreciated. We will recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Salvatore is a wonderful, hospitable and warm man, as is his family. Everyone greeted us warmly. They told us what attractions we can see. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings, and very well equipped. We could feel at home there, nothing was missing. Nice extras in the kitchen: coffee, chocolate, ice cream. Beautiful and large terrace on 3 sides of the building. Nearby, you'll find beautiful, atmospheric restaurants like La Grotta. Salvatore allowed us to stay longer (until the evening) on the day of check-out at no extra charge. A really great host, we highly recommend.

If we could give this place 6 stars, we would! We had an unforgettable stay in this private apartment in the mountains - an isolated abode feeling far removed from the crowds. We stayed for over a week and the breathtaking views never got old. Two of our highlights were: 1) walking through a garden/ bushwalking path accessible from the accommodation, meandering through the charming town of Mamiano and finding a suspension bridge with incredible views; and 2) Abetone hike to Lago Nero - a stunning (and moderately challenging) wooded walk which leads you out into a dramatic meadow and a small dark lake. We had both of these walking tracks totally to ourselves! The place is walkable to the lovely town of San Marcello and drivable to places like Pistoia, Florence, Pisa and more. Beyond all this, Gianna was a generous host, making sure our stay was comfortable (e.g. brought us firewood when we were cold)! The cherry on top were her friendly dog Gina, cats and chickens. Hope to be back!

I stayed one night in this B&B, I was positively impressed, in addition to the precision of communication, the delivery of the keys and the check-in and the description of what is available in the accommodation, by the extreme cleanliness of the rooms and the care and taste in the furnishings, refined and with a mix of modern and retro. Parking in a private area is important. To be recommended and to be considered in the next step in Pistoia. Thank you

After a 20 minute walk through town from the railway station, you must ignore the fenced off demolition site opposite Via del Ceppo - the back balcony makes up for this with views over a garden, roof tops and the duomo bell tower. 44 steps to the top floor and this bright, airy apartment. There's a nice dining area with a shuttered window to peep out onto the little balcony (table and two chairs, perfect for breakfast with the sun all morning). Lots of wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom and a comfy sofa in the sitting area which has doors opening to the balcony again . The tiny sit-down bath is a novelty! Everywhere was nice and clean. Conad supermarket is a 15 min walk - same route from the station ad it's well-stocked. There's fruit and veg market stalls in a nearby piazza together with butchers, bakery and cheese, lovely restaurants and icecream. Only negative is occasional noisy refurbishment work from apartment next door - obviously out of Silvia's control.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We had a great stay at Natalia‘s place. It was spacious, very quiet overnight and comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of the pretty secluded garden. Natalia was a very responsive host and kindly reconfigured our bed arrangements on the day of our arrival 😀 It was nice to meet her and be given all instructions for everything The apartment is very well located, a short walk from Montecatini Centro station and very close to restaurants shops and bars. This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
