A former shoemaker's shop renovated into an apartment, ECHOPPE is located on the square in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (1.5 hours from Bordeaux/1 hour from Perigueux). With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, accessible garden, and parking, it's the ideal place to explore the village. Just steps from restaurants, markets, a river beach, and more, staying at ECHOPPE means experiencing the rhythm of the village, enjoying strolls along the waterfront, and aperitifs under the lime trees.

Adjacent to our property, it offers a quiet and bucolic setting, ideal for couples, families or professionals in search of serenity. Breakfasts and packed lunches can be made available, on request! Private pond with 2 islets for fishing, boating... Our horses live peacefully on the property.
