Toplocatie! Zeer ruime finca en grote tuin. Met veel zorg is de tuin ingericht met planten, bomen, hangmatten en zitjes in de zon en schaduw. Voor de kinderen waren het zwembad, pooltafel en dartbord geweldig. Je waant je in een rustige omgeving boven op een soort berg, terwijl je binnen 10 minuten lopen bij een supermarkt en restaurantjes in de haven bent. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Aanrader!

Sanama's Blue House is beautiful. It was located near a market, pharmacy, many restaurants and literaly steps away from the beach. You can also catch bus 35 from across the pharmacy and it takes you right by the Cathedral. Sanam communicated well and immediately with us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again. The evening still along the coast were amazing too!!!

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Bucht und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar und somit ein riesiger Vorteil mit der Familie. Es gibt sogar ein Sub, Luftmatratzen und Schwimmzubehör in der Garage. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.

Sure—here’s a smoother version with a natural flow: One of our favorite stays anywhere. This place was perfect for our family to unplug and soak in the beauty of Deia. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and warm—quick to answer any questions we had. The walk down to the sea was stunning—rocky terrain but manageable and well worth it. Great access to hiking, with beautiful animals nearby and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive into Deia, and not far from Soller and Port de Soller either. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten zu Viert (Kinder 15/10) einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Theos schönem Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: den großen und im hinteren Bereich schön tiefen Pool (toll für größere Kinder), die wunderschöne und selbst bei 30 Grad angenehm luftige Veranda, auf der wir fast alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kuchenbacken zum Geburtstag war möglich), die bequemen Betten und die tolle Kommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft (Mietwagen) und schnelle Reaktion mit bzw. von dem Gastgeber. Schneller, als wir gucken konnten, war z.B. der Sonnenschirmständer ausgetauscht. Einzig die Laufdistanz/-Strecke zum Strand hatten wir uns schneller und direkter vorgestellt; man läuft ca. 1 km an der Straße durch das Wohnviertel, dann weiter durch das Zentrum von Cala Pi und zuletzt die Treppe zum Strand runter. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein, es ist ein top Haus zu einem fairen Preis, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour maison agréable, piscine agréable ,et bien située proche de la mer et du centre ville .

Die Villa war sehr schön, der Pool war auch gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen auch als Familie 👍

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Everything was amazing! The house, the location & the view. We had a fantastic holiday and Margarita was a great host, always available and very caring. 10/10 recommend!!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig, sauber und modern. Die Lage war ruhig und optimal weil es zwischen Palma und Flughafen liegt, also somit beide Richtungen schnell zu erreichen. Arndt war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit (Taxi bestellen etc.). Der Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehlen.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin Florence war äußerst freundlich und schnell erreichbar als etwas kaputt gegangen ist und hat innerhalb weniger Stunden Ersatz gebracht. Auch ein CheckIn spät am Abend war kein Problem. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hat nur ein 1,40m Bett, das für 2 Personen zu klein sein könnte. Das sollte man beachten, wenn man zu 6. anreisen möchte. Ansonsten war alles super!

It was so good, the best holiday ever! The house is so clean, stylish and comfortable. It is next to the beach and we could sit on the terrace and watch our kids at the beach. Cati and Miquel were so nice, they welcomed us warmly, even brought bread and cake for us ( which was so delicious ) and were available for our questions the whole time. We can only recommend this house warmly to everybody . Thank you so much! 😘

Très bon contact avec Mélissa, qui a su répondre à nos attentes et a été très réactive. Maison propre, literie confortable, vue magnifique, bien équipée, très bien située au cœur de restaurants et commerces. Hâte d’y retourner🌸

Really nice airbnb, really nice little resort and really well placed, near the prettiest beaches, the host are also really kind!

The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre. Alles da um zu kochen, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, Meer in einer Minute in Sicht (Klippen). Um zu Baden gibt es mehrere wunderschöne Buchten die zu Fuss in ca 10-15 Minuten gut erreichbar sind. Sowie das Stadtzentrum von Cala d‘or ca 20 min zu Fuss. Mehre Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Auto empfehlenswert. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

This is a really great house, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with tableware and equipment. It was very thoughtful to provide cutlery and suitable plates for the infant in our party. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Veronica was able to provide babysitter details (The babysitter was wonderful btw!). Veronica also responded to and dealt with a small query we had. The house is very well located and it was a very quick walk to the beach and countless restaurants. The garden was well maintained with lots of sun loungers and other seating areas. The quantity of outside towels was very appreciated. An additional bonus were the two horses at the bottom of the garden who paid numerous visits much to the utter delight of the infant! Es war alles top vor Ort und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kids gab's sogar Sandsachen und Beachball. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen :)
