Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Great accommodation, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a fantastic time in the villa. It is really even more beautiful than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Zara showed us the surroundings on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Antica Villa vicino Firenze. The villa is full of charm and character, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with authentic Tuscan touches. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Florence, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. One of the highlights was the pool—the view from there is absolutely amazing, overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We especially loved the garden, the views, and the feeling of stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Tuscan experience close to Florence.

absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

We loved our time at La Balza - such a picturesque, peaceful and relaxing stay! Alessandro and his parents were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions very quickly. They were very hospitable and accommodating. The area surrounding Radda in Chianti is absolutely beautiful and we loved the easy access to so many different cities and small villages. Would definitely recommend. A+

Paolo's home was excellent for our stay near Florence. The home is clean, rustic, and in a peaceful setting with a wonderful Tuscan hillside view. The home provides clear instructions on what to do during our stay - whether in the home or local attractions. Paolo was proactive in his communications, and kept us informed of transportation alterations due to the recent weather causing landslides impacting roadways and train service. We very much enjoyed Paolo's home, and look forward to a return stay on our next visit to Florence.

The villa definitely lived up to its name - Villa avec Vue - the birdsong on the terrace was amazing in the morning. The villa was spotless and really well equipped. Great recommendations on places to eat and some useful information in the guide book. Dominique and Stephanie were very responsive and offered great advice in the run up to the holiday. It was a special occasion for us in a very special place.

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Il Castellaccio and it was the most amazing experience. Leonardo was very helpful leading up to our stay helping plan a night with a private chef dinner. The food was some of the best we had! The Villa was private, more than enough space for our group and the grounds around the pool was always pristine. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Our group already discussed coming back again and staying longer. Thank you Leonardo!

The host made us feel incredibly welcome when we arrived, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful help arranging car service and the delicious home-cooked meals provided for our group. My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

We had an amazing stay at Roberto's place! The villa was just as described and perfect for a group of 10 - the location was great, lovely and quiet with stunning views from the pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Roberto!

Our stay felt like something out of a movie. Janine has decorated the home with love and attention to detail. We loved the pool and decided to spend a day doing nothing but lazing by the pool eating home cooked food in the amazing kitchen. Memories were made here and we will 100%. Return for a longer stay as you will not beat the view from Janine’s villa anywhere in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

Staying in this villa in Tuscany was an absolute dream come true! The place is beautiful – surrounded by picturesque hills, full of peace and Italian charm. The villa itself is decorated with great taste, very clean, spacious and fully equipped – we did not miss anything. And the pool? A marvel! Perfect for relaxing with a view of the Tuscan landscapes, especially at sunset. The house and hosts were fabulous, they were super friendly and helpful. The house felt like a real home with everything you could wish for. My husband had the time of his life with the outdoor kitchen and the pool was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. We had our Labrador with us who had the time of her life there exploring the area. The wine bar next to the windmill is a must. For a large get together for family or friends I couldn’t recommend it enough and we hope to return next year with our extended family.

Our family vacation to Villa Berni in Bottai was phenomenal, and it all started with the accommodations. Alessandro's brother, Enrico, met us as planned and gave us a tour of the villa. As requested, they provided 2 cribs for our grandbabies. With 6 bdrms and 5 bath, each couple had their own space, and the babies had their own rooms too. It was conveniently located taking 20 minutes to the Florence city center and other local towns provided everything we needed. Our favorite part of the villa was the garden courtyard. We had morning coffees and evening cigars/drinks. A bonus was the tortoises which the babies loved finding each morning to feed them strawberries. Part of the family farm, Enrico gave us a tour of the olive grove and farm animals. He even staged eggs for the grands to collect. Our last night, we arranged pro chefs to prep an authentic Tuscany dinner. This kitchen met their needs, and we ate in the courtyard. We couldn't ask for more...Thanks for hosting us!

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

The magnificent view can be enjoyed both as a couple and with friends. It is very quiet and everything has been thought of: outside there are very comfortable seating options, a grill and pool. The garden smells of jasmine everywhere. There is nothing missing inside either. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. After a 20-minute drive, you will reach San Gimignano. Simply a dream and always worth a trip 😍

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!
