Dalla zona giorno si accede ad un soppalco con divano letto che aperto è di dimensioni 140x200 (anch'esso dispone di un materasso aggiuntivo in memory foam) ovvero può ospitare due persone, oltre ad una scrivania. Dalla cucina si accede tramite un disimpegno alla camera da letto matrimoniale ed al bagno. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato in ogni dettaglio e dispone di tutte le comodità.
