I stayed here for 30 days....great value for the price....place was very clean and spotless....hot water was available, private parking was in the yard of the house, fast WiFi, washer and kitchen amenities. The view from the balcony of the nature and greenery was the best part honestly and host was very responsive and proactive.

JUST BOOK THIS PLACE (if you are lucky enough to have it available when looking). Best Air BnB I have stayed in - and I have stayed in heaps 😆. Everything is catered for. Everything is attended to. Anything you can thing of, Alan has thought of it first! True story!! Location is perfect too. Close to everything you want in Zagreb. As I said… book it if free!

Luka was an excellent host. Always responsive. His apartment is fantastic & in a great central yet quiet location. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend to our family & friends.

An exceptional hostess and property. Silvija was very responsive, ensuring a broken dishwasher was replaced within 24 hours. She also provided helpful "insider" tips on restaurants and day trips. The patio is a gem, too!

Het appartement kwam volledig overeen met de beschrijving en de foto’s. Het was zeer netjes en goed onderhouden. Het appartement ligt iets verder van het centrum, maar er is een zeer goede verbinding met bus 136/146 en tram 6/11. De buurt was rustig, maar op wandelafstand waren er heel wat gezellige cafeetjes, koffiebarretjes, supermarkten en bakkers. De communicatie met de host was geweldig. Onze vragen op voorhand werden binnen de 5 minuten beantwoord, en we kregen steeds het gevoel dat we als gasten zeer welkom waren in het appartement. We landden ruim voor inchecktijd in Zagreb, en de host stuurde ons allerlei dingen die we intussen konden doen. Hij gaf ook tips voor activiteiten en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. En toen het warm water onverwacht afgesloten werd, bood hij ons uit zichzelf een gratis overnachting aan. We bevelen deze plaats dus zeker aan! We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de feel good place :)

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host was exceptionally kind, respectful, and provided very clear instructions, which made everything easy from the start. The place was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. I truly appreciated the host’s attention to detail and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant experience.

We were only here for a short visit but we really enjoyed it and would definitely go back. The location and the private parking are great, and the place has everything you need. I also want to say that Hrvoje is a great and responsive host, always there to answer your questions!

una estadía excelente, una atención muy completa y el pobre anfitrión recibió mensajes nuestros a todas horas, siempre una gran predisposición e instrucciones muy claras, el departamento estabs 100mts de la parada del trenvia y sobre una autopista principal pero sorprendentemente aislado del sonido, la zona puede parecer complicada pero me movilice a todas horas del día y siempre me sentí seguro, en definitiva este alojamiento es completamente recomendable.

Great studio apartment for my quick trip in Zagreb. The space was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes in the area to explore. Would recommend!

Ivan’s place is modern and clean. We felt at home in comfort. Everything you need or want is in walking distance. After a day of exploring and hanging out with friends, you want to “go home”, get cleaned up and relax. And that’s exactly what you get to do. The private parking driveway if you rented a car is the BEST!!! We loved the privacy/safety Ivan’s place provided. We would stay again. This place is PERFECT!

Mišel je domaćin za svaku pohvalu! Izuzetno ljubazan i uvijek na usluzi. Komunikacija je bila savršena od trenutka rezerviranja pa do kraja boravka. Stan se nalazi u predivnom i mirnom dijelu grada Zagreba, te raspolaže svime što vaš boravak može učiniti savršenim, i da se osjećate kao kod kuće. Ukoliko opet budemo dolazili u Zagreb, rado ćemo se vratiti!

Stanko’s place is perfect for travelers looking for instant and easy access to the city center, and especially for travelers visiting Zagreb for a short time. Stanko’s place is clean, tidy and well laid out with a fantastic terrace, and the air conditioning was excellent. Despite being in the city center, when the windows are closed, it is so quiet in his apartment. EVERYTHING in terms of things to do and places to eat are literally right outside his apartment building. As a host, Stanko’s check in instructions are so helpful - the detailed photos also are so useful. We loved his place so much that we have booked it again when we come back to Zagreb in less than 2 weeks, and we are really glad we chose his place again. Now we know for sure that this place is tried and tested by us, and we love it! Stay here.

We had a pleasant stay, the self check-in was easy and the accommodation is central. Enough space for three people, one needs to sleep on the couch but it is comfortable. Vid was always reachable for us. Thank you again!

Pristup apartmanu i kontakt sa vlasnicom je bio korektan i nadasve brz. Apartman je komotan i opremljen sa svim potrebitim stvarima. Sigurno ću ponovo koristiti ovaj apartman prilikom posjete Zagrebu.

Great place! amazing garden to overlook from the balcony. Host was absolutely lovely and so welcoming 😊 We loved the location, lots of greenery to look at. Place accurately described. comfy beds!

We had a great stay. The host was great and provided great thorough care to us. She was always giving us advices and recommendations and clear instructions on what trams to take , how many stops to get to the center. Boravak u ovom stanu bio je izvanredan! Smješten u mirnom dijelu Zagreba, jacuzzi na terasi bio je pun pogodak,smjestaj je bio identican kao na fotografijama, moderno uređen, izuzetno čist i opremljen svime što je potrebno, domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan, susretljiv i lako dostupan za sva pitanja.Svaka preporuka!

This apartment ended up being even better than we expected. 2 bedrooms both with en-suite full bathrooms + a half bath off the living room. The washer and drying rack we very appreciated as this was the tail end of our trip. The kitchen had everything you would need (even a dishwasher!). The location worked very well for us as it was a five min walk to our family we were there to visit. Being ground floor meant no stairs (a nice bonus when carrying luggage), but you never felt unsafe even walking at midnight. One block to public transportation if needed and a full size grocery store just a few blocks away. We will definitely rent this again next time we come to Zagreb

Amazing stay in the heart of Zagreb. Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Zagreb. Everything was all able, fabulous restaurants, fashion shopping museums, we loved it!

Absolutely beautiful outdoor space. The pool and seating areas are so special. Apartment clean and comfortable. Uber picks up within minutes. It was a great stay! We hope to return!
