The place is located in one of the most varied areas of the island, about 5 km from the seaside resort of Mosteiros and in the immediate vicinity of Caldeira Sete Cidades. In the village about 250 m away there is a small minimercado with a café. The house is located directly on the hiking trail to the cliffs to Mosteiros and to Caldeira Sete Cidades. The location offers a scenic and quiet starting point to explore the rest of the island.

It is 1 meter from the sea and natural pools. 1 minute from restaurants. 5 minutes from the beaches and the center of Ponta Delgada. Bike path at the door. Best view of the Sea and Serra Da Ilha, Public transportation 1 minute, airport 5 minutes.
