Pepe and I🐾 had a great time. An oasis of peace. Marinella and her husband were very kind and very helpful. They also accompanied us on walks in the nearby woods. A dream. Highly recommended!

Our party of 11 so enjoyed our stay at the castle! The pictures are extremely accurate, but nothing compared to seeing it in person for the first time. It was stocked with everything we needed, especially everyday things for cooking, towels, blankets, etc. The walk up/down can be tough, but after the first couple of days we adjusted fairly well. All very worth it for such a unique experience and stay!! We also loved exploring the town of Settimo Vittone and the surrounding area. Karl was an excellent host and communicator, as well as Moreno and his wife. :)

Superlative experience! Both the house and the location were even better than we expected. The house is very nice and spacious, super clean and warm, very comfortable bed. There is a conad in front and the village center (very picturesque) is easily reached with a short walk, very close there is also a beautiful park. This location is strategic to visit the region: the highway is a stone's throw away and you can arrive in a relatively short time even at high altitude, in fact we reached the gressoney slopes in about half anhour. Finally, a thank you to Luisa who was a great host, she met us both at check-in time and check-out, leaving us great freedom. Always very kind, she was also prompt to intervene when we had a small problem with the heating: she responded immediately to messages and resolved in a very short time. In short, we will definitely come back here for the holidays in Val d 'Aosta!

It was Giulia's mother who welcomed us and she was very kind and managed to make herself understood despite the fact that she spoke little French. Giulia was super understanding for the next morning because we left later than 10 a.m. (the scheduled check-out time) and she let us take the time to get ready. I highly recommend it because the sofa bed is very comfortable and the house really has a lot of charm! Typical house of the Aosta Valley.
