It is a lovely place to stay and a good walking distance to the city center as well as the beach. Can definitely recommend the place and perfect also to park a car in front of the house.

This was our second stay at Luís’ house, and we will come back again I’m sure! Luís and his daughter Mafalda are such sweet hosts. Luís was also very flexible with us when it came to our checkin and checkout and our request to change the dates of our stay. The house is so clean, the bedding was so warm and cozy! There is a nice enclosed courtyard which is perfect for our cat daughter. We love this place and look forward to returning! Thank you, Luís!!!

Der Aufenthalt war super! Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Kleinkindern und es war genug Platz für alle, so dass man sich gut im Hause verteilen konnten, wenn nötig. Und beim Essen konnten alle gemütlich am großen Esstisch im gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer zusammensitzen. Leider war das Wetter nicht optimal für lange Pooltage, aber wir konnten ihn trotzdem nutzen. Besonders die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Da wir viel Kaffee trinken hat die kleine Espressomaschine nicht ausgereicht, aber das war auch das einzige was uns gefehlt hatte und wir haben schnell eine Alternative für uns gefunden und eine einfache Filterkaffeemaschine im nahegelegenen Discounter Laden gekauft. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben die Gastgeber immer sehr schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Vielen Dank! 🙂

„Das Haus war groß, umgeben von einer Vielzahl blühender Pflanzen, die täglich gepflegt wurden und bot einen träumerischen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Ausblicke waren noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Das Haus liegt 40-50 Minuten von den Surfstränden entfernt, befindet sich aber dafür in einer ruhigen Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Andere stränge waren auch in kürzerer Zeit erreichbar. Der Vater von João und dessen Frau waren sehr präsent und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung und wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.“

Paula was amazing, so helpful, went over and beyond to help us and provide us with lots of info. So friendly, offered to book restaurants for us etc The house is fabulous better than the pictures for location and peacefulness . Swimming pool was lovely all the outside sofas. The view of the mountains was just wonderful. You need a car to drive to village, best village is azetitio, lovely restaurants and shops. Great local cafe and very reasonable compared to london prices. We drove to different places and different beaches. Loved Lisbon 44 mins away. Cascais was a pretty town but too touristy. Comporta was amazing, super special, wonderful place to eat and unusual shops. We drove to it 1hour but you. A get a ferry from Setabul €35 for three people. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

La maison correspond exactement aux photos, propre, bien décorée et lumineuse et très agréable à y vivre Nous n'avons manqué de rien ( tout les équipements étaient fonctionnels) Le site est à une 40 aine de minutes de Lisbonne (voiture recommandée) mais nous ne lassions pas de traverser le Pont menant au centre de Lisbonne (le pont 25-Avril hors heures de pointe et le Vasco de Gama à tout moment) Le Quartier est paisible et le voisinage sympa on se sent en sécurité et pour les plus craintifs un système de sécurité avec détecteur de mouvement protège la maison lors vos sorties. La piscine est propre et de taille/profondeur suffisante pour bien profiter Enfin et le plus important dans notre expérience fut l'hôte de la résidence que sont : Magna et Thiago ! professionnels et amicaux à la fois ils ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et rendre notre séjour encore meilleur merci à eux Je recommande vivement cette maison pour toute famille souhaitant visiter Lisbonne et environs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La piscine chauffée a été un vrai plus, surtout en cette saison, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Ana Paula, l'hôte, a été remarquable : toujours disponible, très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le calme du logement est également à souligner, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Petit point à noter : il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car il n'y a pas de supermarché à proximité à pied.

Maria João est une hôte parfaite. l'accueil à été parfait avec des instructions claires et un logement fidèle aux photos, propre et bien équipée. Maria João nous a également parfaitement guidé pour aller sur Lisbonne en train et quel métro emprunter. super séjour avec de très beaux spots dans la région. On recommande sans hésiter !

The place was unique and a great experience. The check in was pleasant and was easy. loved it.

The windmill felt like a very special and peaceful place to stay, with beautiful views. Would recommend hiring a car as there are so many nice beaches within a short drive, as well as Lisbon being about half an hour away. You could probably do public transport but the hill to get to the windmill is quite a climb! The dogs were quite loud but also very cute. It would have been helpful to have more utensils in the kitchen to be able to cook properly, but otherwise everything was perfect ❤️🩵

Endroit magnifique. Une vue à 360 degrés. Paisible,sauf le weekend ou il y a plus de passage de marcheurs et cyclistes.. Des vents forts, perturberont les repas à l'extérieur, mais cela reste malgré tout un endroit magnifique. La piscine est très agréable par ces températures chaudes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Absolutely breathtaking – even better than the photos! This place completely exceeded our expectations. The photos truly don’t do it justice. The view is hands down the best I’ve experienced at any Airbnb – simply unforgettable. The pool is a stunning, one-of-a-kind feature, built right into the cliffside with direct access to a beautiful, secluded beach. During busy times, the road to the beach is closed to the public, but staying here gives you exclusive access – a huge bonus. The house itself is spacious with plenty of beds and private rooms, perfect for groups or families. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. I can’t recommend this place enough – we’re already dreaming about coming back!

The host was friendly and had good communication. The location was great as it was a 2 minute walk from the beach and near the marina, which has lovely restaurants and a grocery store near by. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean and as advertised. I recommend staying at this accommodation.

The house is incredible. It is definitely suitable for bigger family. The swimming pool is a great attraction to children and it was everything in very good conditions and clean. We also had a great and responsive contact with the people managing the house. A great time, a great place and fully recommended the venue!

Logo que chegamos fomos bem acolhidos, a casa estava limpa, tudo estava arrumado. A casa estava conforme ao anuncio, tinhamos tudo o que precisavamos. Os pais do senhor Alexandre foram muito atenciosos e simpaticos, rapidamente nos explicaram os melhores lugares para visitar, os melhores restaurantes... e podemos aproveitar bem. Excellente férias, obrigado !

Accomodation is simple but clean. Outside kitchen and barbeque are great. Also garden and pool are wonderful. Beautiful view at night to Lisbon. Location is a little outside, but Lisbon and Costa da Caparica are 30-40min drive away. Supermarkets are quite near. All in all we enjoyed our holidays here very much.

Maison de type "maison de vacances à la plage". Elle correspond bien à la description. Parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Terrasse sympa sur le devant, à l'ombre pour le petit déjeuner. A 15 minutes à pied du centre ville, de la gare, 20 minutes demu ferry pour la presqu'île de trioa. En revanche pour la plage il faut mieux utiliser sa voiture oi le bus.

Nous avons passé d'eux semaines très agréables dans ce quartier . Tout est à proximité, les commerçants, les restaurants et surtout la pâtisserie Bambu.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Marta est accueillante et sympathique. Elle a été réactive et arrangeante, merci beaucoup à vous! Le logement est joliment décoré, équipé, calme dans un cadre super avec le jardin. Tout était parfait! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We stayed for a month in this beautiful villa and had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The houses has everything you can think if needing for a stay and is well thought out. Beautiful and relaxing space. The villa is set on an exclusive development with great security and privacy. There are several boardwalks for direct access to the beautiful and secluded beaches of Troia while also being a short walk to the marina and small centre of Troia with supermarket and a few bar/restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

A casa é fantástica e tem todas as comodidades para que se sinta em casa. A zona é calma e muito próxima da serra da Arrábida e de praias. O João é um anfitrião incrível e proporcionou-nos um óptimo fim de semana. Recomendo!!!

We had a great time, the house was exactly like we expected, but the outside space was way nicer than you can see by the pictures...the cute swiming pool, the garden, the brazilian bed and the small details... lovely. Ricardo is a great host, kind, helpfull and to help him there s his sweet dog named Golf. From the house you can easy visit the area, Sesimbra, Setúbal, Troia and all the beautiful beachs from Arrábida. We will be back on day.

Estuvo todo muy bien, nos encantó el lugar, muy tranquilo y está relativamente cerca de varios puntos turísticos. La pasamos muy bien.

Somos um grupo de casais com bebés e a casa é óptima para deixar à vontade sem preocupar com a piscina por ter vedação. O espaço do alpendre exterior, a mesa e o sofá são óptimos para conviver e quem tem bebés pequenos, sem ter de ficar dentro de casa. Obrigada!
