O apartamento é muito bem localizado, fácil de pegar transporte público, vários restaurantes e supermercado próximo. É silencioso, havia uma festa bem em frente ao apartamento e em nada nos incomodou. O apartamento é muito confortável, bem decorado, com diversos utensílios de cozinha. Sugiro que deixem um abridor de vinho, pois fez falta nestes dias que estivemos hospedados. O home match deixou sabão para a máquina de lavar louça e roupa, o que foi muito bom. De uma forma geral, a nossa hospedagem foi excelente, voltaríamos com certeza.

Espaço com excelentes condições para passar uns dias no paraíso. Ótima localização a 11min da praia a pé. jardim e piscina muito bem cuidados. Imenso estacionamento e dístico para poder levar o carro até a praia. Casa com tudo o que é necessário e ótima limpeza. A comunicação com os proprietários foi também excelente. A repetir. Obrigada

Het heerlijke appartement heeft onze goede verwachtingen zelfs overtroffen. Wat een ontzettend fijne, sfeervolle ruimte en ideale locatie. We voelden ons direct thuis en vonden het jammer dat de week zo snel voorbij vloog. Absoluut een aanrader dus! Ook de fijne communicatie gaf ons een warm welkom gevoel. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Fantastic duplex apartment in a great area of Setúbal. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Parking is available on the street for free. If no space available just drive round the block a few times - we always managed to get a space on the street. Delicious restaurants in the neighbourhood. Try Casa Japonesa, Amami, Magdalena Burger, Churrex, and especially Restaurante u Tópico. Fun day trips on the ferry to explore further south. Good coffee shops in centre too. Would definitely come back and stay in Setúbal in this apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Kleinkindern und es war genug Platz für alle, so dass man sich gut im Hause verteilen konnten, wenn nötig. Und beim Essen konnten alle gemütlich am großen Esstisch im gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer zusammensitzen. Leider war das Wetter nicht optimal für lange Pooltage, aber wir konnten ihn trotzdem nutzen. Besonders die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Da wir viel Kaffee trinken hat die kleine Espressomaschine nicht ausgereicht, aber das war auch das einzige was uns gefehlt hatte und wir haben schnell eine Alternative für uns gefunden und eine einfache Filterkaffeemaschine im nahegelegenen Discounter Laden gekauft. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben die Gastgeber immer sehr schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Vielen Dank! 🙂

Amazing stay! The house is wonderful, designed with great taste. I loved the peaceful location, just a short drive from Setúbal’s center and awesome view on the golf course. The outdoor area is a dream — spacious, private, and ideal for relaxing. Highly recommend, i would definitely return!

Férias super agradáveis num local muito tranquilo e casa espetacular. Decoração top e zona exterior do jardim e piscina muito agradáveis. Casa equipada com todos os equipamentos necessários. Anfitrião super prestável e sempre disponível. Super recomendo!

The place was good, I am familiar with the area, but the house was very nice and quiet and I felt like I was at home, the e only issue was the lack of local tv but apart from that everything was good and our stay was good and I would totally recommend this place and I will book it again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La piscine chauffée a été un vrai plus, surtout en cette saison, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Ana Paula, l'hôte, a été remarquable : toujours disponible, très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le calme du logement est également à souligner, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Petit point à noter : il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car il n'y a pas de supermarché à proximité à pied.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à São Simão ! Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L'hôte est précise, honnête et très réactive, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour très faciles. Même si le logement est un peu excentré de Lisbonne, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème — au contraire, nous avons apprécié le calme des environs. Notre fille a adoré profiter du SPA, un vrai plus ! C’est un endroit où l’on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Vi blev mødt af et værtspar med en venlighed, imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed, som man kan forvente af nære venner eller familie. Huset var istandsat udvendigt og indvendigt af en indretningskunstner (Marcel). Vi har haft et uforglemmeligt ophold, og kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet.

as fotos não fazem jus ao lugar, muito mais bonito e aconchegante do que as fotos mostram, esta perto de tudo. a vista é os arredores são muito bonitos, a Marcela foi muito paciente e atenciosa.

O apartamento tem tudo para uma estadia agradável perto da praia, precisa apenas de algumas reparações. O corredor do prédio é um pouco sombrio porque está escuro, não há janelas e a luz só acende ao passar (sensor), mas foi só o primeiro impacto depois não me fez confusão. A Erica foi uma boa anfitriã e muito comunicativa, respondeu sempre as minhas dúvidas. Foram dias de descanso numa Vila acolhedora e bonita.

The house is very spacious—perfect for our family of four and easily comfortable for up to three couples. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering all our questions and even bringing us extra tissues when we asked. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A highlight was discovering a lovely nearby café with delicious homemade food! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
