Welcome to Pillows & Toast, a luxury, self-contained, cliff-top retreat. Perfectly located, first line to the sea, a few steps from breathtaking walks. Direct access to the beach & under-cliff walk below. Super king-size bed, media wall with 65-inch TV & cosy electric fire, big shower with feature wall & underfloor heating, contemporary art, Nespresso coffee machine, free parking. 15 minutes to Brighton by car or a scenic 20 minute bus. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Seaview Stay

Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away

Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Buddy's Rest is at the rear of our property 1 night may be available. Set in the tranquil foothills of the South Downs, Skylark shepherds hut offers you a luxury off grid escape. Located on a beautiful organic arable farm surrounded by nature with stunning views makes for a peaceful, relaxing break. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
