Our cottage is a blend of modern and rustic. The modern style fits the rustic and gives this cottage a special charm. Guests can use the entire house of 100 m2 and a yard of 2500 m2. On the enclosed, heated terrace there is a Jacuzzi in use all year round. A coffee maker and various types of tea are available in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dental hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the attic, a comfortable bed.

Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

Double bedroom*** is located in Sveti Ivan Žabno ( between Križevci and Bjelovar city) and it's offering cozy and relaxing place to enjoy time with your loved ones. Our place offer free Wifi and free parking. Near our apartment and room you have bar where you can enjoy in local drinks. Upon request we have barbecue facilites for you. Room have own bathroom. In double room with garden view*** you can also find flat- screen TV and minibar.
