Holiday rentals with a patio in Seville

Brilliant location. Lovely, quiet apartment right near everything. We loved our stay and would stay again. Gemma was a great host.

Location is amazing. Quiet street round the corner from the Cathedral and local restaurants and shops. Hosts are helpful and responsive. Apartment is newly renovated and the decor is premium (it’s a REALLY nice airbnb) it is also very well equipped (ironing board, dry rack, kitchen etc). A few repairs need to be addressed at the end of the season (feels like it was finished in a rush) but nothing that will severely impact a stay. Lovely place - I’d book again for sure.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

Really enjoyed the place. Right next to the really awesome restaurant. 10 mins walk to parking space and 10 mins to city center. Beautiful and private. Really clean and enjoyable to stay.

Logement idéalement situé des principaux sites à visiter, dans une très belle cour au calme. Hôte très réactive, bienveillante et accueillante, je recommande à 100% !

Excellent with lots of space. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of beds for all with a bed to spare. Very cute in-house court yard. Well equipped kitchen, great to have the washer. 15 minutes walk to Plaza de España. Accessible host with quick response time via whats app. Clear instructions. Would enjoy staying at the same place when we are in Seville in the future.

Nuestra estancia ha sido genial. La casa es acogedora y cuenta con todo lo necesario. La situación es muy cómoda tanto para rutas/visitas en el mismo pueblo, como para explorar los alrededores. ¡Es una zona fantástica para visitar! José María es un gran anfitrión, atento y comunicativo tanto antes como durante la estancia. ¡Para repetir!

Все прошло отлично. Замечательная чистая квартира недалеко от центра города. Хозяйка была невероятно мила и отзывчива. Мы бы с радостью вернулись в эти апартаменты, возможно, еще и не раз

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Die Finca ist ein absolutes Juwel. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Tolle Umgebung die viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen oder kulturelle Ausflüge bereit hält. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzt oder dem Gedränge der Städte entfliehen will, ist hier genau richtig!

L'appartement de Marilo est très joli, propre et cosy, on s'y sent très bien. Le bonus est le jacuzzi, très appréciable après une journée de visite dans Séville qui est située à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres (compter environ 25min en voiture) Marilo est une hôte aux petits soins, très à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Marilo!

This was one of the most amazing airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Auxi was so unbelievably helpful and made our time in seville amazing!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!

Transport to central city was easy and inexpensive.
