Monthly Rentals in Shadwell

We stayed at Steven's unit for two nights during UVA's graduation exercises. It was great to be a close drive to the campus and downtown Charlottesville. The unit was super clean and felt new and was spacious. The two bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well-equipped. We did ask about the possibility of getting extra Keurig coffee pods and while we were out a batch appeared! Onsite parking was convenient, as was the mini-mart and gas station the next block over. The neighborhood was quiet, with the exception of lots of lovely bird calls in the morning. If back in town, we would stay here again. Thank you.

We were looking for a place where we could gather and celebrate our bother’s birthday. We found it here. Easy access, pleasantly decorated with a kitchen fully equipped for our dinner preparations. There was an issue with the Keurig but Jonathan quickly responded to my message and brought in another that worked just fine. I would stay here again.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were big, clean and had comfy beds. They had a fully stocked coffee machine. I was very happy with our choice to stay here. Just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Cville.

we stay at this property whenever visiting our son in Palmyra. the unit is always spotless, warm and welcoming. recent upgrades are a functional kitchen with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, Hot plate for quick one pot meals and microwave. the space is under a large cathedral ceiling and offers plenty of space for two people but can accommodate four with the additional queen size air mattress available. perfect place for a young familys, or a few friends to spend a weekend or longer. The fact that pets are welcome is also awesome. thank you linnice for providing such a warm comforting unit!
