The apartment is amazing and provided a really luxurious rest day on our coast path hike. Very clean and well appointed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. The balcony is fabulous and gives views over sea and estuary. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). We had a fantastic time at Daphne and Paul’s place. Fabulous apartment, comfortable, private and with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay, off road parking a bonus. There was also a beautiful garden, unfortunately it rained too much for us to use it! Walking distance to the beach and harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

A fabulous home with beautiful views. The house was fully equipped, including lots of useful items in the kitchen as well as games, books & toys for the children (aged 1 and 4). We were able to check in early and check out late which was brilliant. Thank you for a great stay! :)

Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

Amazing house with amazing view.

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

Fabulous few days staying at The Annexe. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there for you. Clean and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Beautiful place with lovely views. Debbie and Derek are wonderful hosts, always on hand for advice on places to visit and to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing coach house . Very clean and tasteful decor. Felt at home straightaway after Karen and Steve greeted us. Had a lovely couple of nights and enjoyed watching the alpacas with our dog. Great location. Enjoyed walking into the village and had a lovely meal at The Saddlers, 5 min walk.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!
