It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Bluebell Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old home built by the Dunraven family of Adare Manor as accommodation for some of their servants. Located just a few yards outside the entrance gate to the award winning, world famous Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort. The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. Suitable for golfers, friends, couples or families.

Lakeview Cottage Killaloe

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A cosy traditional style cottage that’s ideal for a relaxing getaway. In the countryside but close to the lakeside town of Killaloe. Killaloe is a 2 minute drive away and has lots of amenities and lots of choice when it comes to activities. Just off the new Killaloe bypass. Large parking area. Beautiful views of Lough Derg. Not wheelchair friendly as it has original cottage doorways that are narrow.

Short drive to either Limerick City or Killaloe on Lough Derg. With St Johns Castle and Bunratty Castle and folk park also within 15 to 30mins drive. On return relax in this spacious and peaceful space. Adjacent scenic walk along the aqueduct built in the 1920's with wonderful views while taking the stroll some 6klm if one desires. A fantastic gateway for those looking to explore West Ireland and Atlantic coast line.
