It’s a 35 minute drive from Shannon airport. 50 minutes drive to Doonbeg golf course. 25 minutes to kilrush golf course. Other 45 to 60 minute drives to Bunratty castle, cliffs of Mohar and The Burran area.

It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.
