A very central and fully refurbished apartment on the first floor, built in 1871 and tastefully modernised but still keeping its cosy atmosphere. Situated in the old part of Lerwick close to all town centre amenities, 300m to pubs, shops, restaurants etc. Private off road parking and secluded entrance. There is a shared garden that guests are welcome to use. Fully equipped with everything you need including wifi and Netflix for chill time.

There are open views up to Lerwick Town Hall and County Buildings. It is close to all amenities and an ideal base from which to explore Shetland. Located right in the centre of town, it’s in an excellent spot for exploring Lerwick. A selection of shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Please note: This is a top floor flat accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building.
