The concept of this facility is not just to renovate, but to remake while preserving the good qualities of old houses, to redefine their value, and to make them modern and comfortable. The facility is located at the foot of Mt. Ibuki in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture. Enjoy a relaxing time feeling the blessings of the mountains and nature to your heart's content. We also rent BBQ grills and tent saunas, so you can enjoy an extraordinary experience while feeling at one with nature. * We may not be able to provide a tent sauna depending on availability. Please note that we are only able to lend it free of charge, and even if it cannot be used, we cannot change the amount.

This is a 10-minute walk from JR Omihachiko Station and an 8-minute walk to the nearest Biwako no Hama. You can see Lake Biwa from the building. A guest house on the shore of Lake Biwa Inaka

It is located in a dense area in Otsu, close to Ishiyama Station and Keihan Karabashi Station, but it is located on a small hill, so you can spend your time relaxing without worrying much about the surrounding eyes (there are stairs, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility). The building has been around for a number of years, but it has been completely renovated in 2024, so you can have a comfortable stay. Only one car can be parked in the parking lot a short distance away.
