Apartment holiday rentals in Shinjuku Station

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The house location and staying instruction provided are very clear. The response from the owner is quick and always nice. The house is with balcony and elevator which is a bonus! The house is close to restaurants and family-mart. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

Super easy stay. We especially liked having a baggage drop option hours prior to check-in as we arrived into Tokyo at noon. This gave us a bunch of time to explore the neighborhood. And it was great check-out was 11am versus all the other places we stayed was at 10am. Overall, we'd absolutely stay with Toshi again.

The 旅屋 Triphome in Shibuya, Tokyo is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet alley just off the bustling Korean Town (packed with amazing restaurants and Korean cosmetics and grocery shops), it offers a peaceful retreat. You're also just a short walk to Shin-Okubo Station on the incredibly convenient JR Yamanote Line. The place itself was immaculately clean and incredibly convenient. Our host, Sean, was proactive, friendly, and lightning-fast with his responses. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers!

We enjoyed our stay.. the house was in a great location, had everything we needed, very well organized, clean, loved the water pressure in the shower as well as the amenities provided such as shampoo and conditioner and soap, the host gave very detailed instructions and was very quick to respond. We loved how there was a market and many convenience stores and restaurants near by, as well as close proximity to the subway station. Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Nice clean place. Liked that it was in a quieter part of Tokyo but still walkable to great food and of course the Yoyogi station. We are family of 4, two young kids, and it was tight but worked for us. This is Tokyo after all and we didn’t expect western style apartment or space. Had small kitchen and washer dryer but we didn’t need to use either. Host was responsive and had good English. Instructions to get to the place from Yoyogi station were clear and had pics

The place is great, giving you the japanese local house vibe. They have a little backyard as well which you can use to dry your towel or anything. Exactly like picture. Reallyyyyy close to the station like 2mins of walking. Great experience staying here!!

A great apartment, walkable from 4 different stations but also only a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku, with lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The apartment itself is very clean and has all you need, and the host was super responsive and helpful!

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

도쿄 신주쿠,시부야 돌아다니실거면 강추드려요. 엘레베이터 없는 게 가장 큰 단점이기는 한데, 그 외에는 완벽합니다! 트윈침대, 청결하고 넓어서 편하게 지내다가 가용!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Really great apartment near Takadanobaba station, only 5 minutes away. There is a LOT of restaurants near by and closest konbini is 2mn away. Cosy place in residential area. If you are staying there, I would really recommend visiting Mikado Game Center near the station, really great place for retro arcade and most importantly for fighting games!! thanks a lot to Taku for making our stay more than enjoyable 🥹

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Le lit est très confortable ! Emplacement pratique proche du métro qui emmène facilement dans le centre de Tokyo.

NOTE when entering the unit, the lock pad is the black box (looks different than in the photo provided) and you have to tap around on it to get the numbers to show up. That confused us for a few minutes. Overall, great place to stay! Location couldn't be better. Super close to Okubo station with a local train that got us all over the place. A few more minutes to Shin-Okubo on the Yamanote line that does a loop around Tokyo to key spots so also very convenient. The alley it overlooks is relatively quiet despite being close to lots of restaurants and lively night spots. The space itself was small but fine, better than the tiny hotels. The bed was hard, but I think that's the standard in Japan and ultimately wasn't too bad. Kitchen maybe didn't have everything you need to cook, but we didn't cook anyways, except for reheating food. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The apartment was much bigger than I thought for being in Tokyo! There is definitely no issue opening suitcases like other Airbnb. The apartment is clean and about 12 minutes walk from Shinjuku station:

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.

This was a great place to stay. Extremely close to Golden Gai if you’re interested in easy going drinks in the evening, a ten minute walk to a station if you want to go elsewhere. The room was spotless and very functional. No issues with hot water, WiFi or any other amenities listed. Ken was extremely responsive and friendly, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
