Ann has created a beautiful hideaway. She had thought of absolutely everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it. We loved seeing the horses as well as the wild life, how wonderful to hear & see deer wandering amongst the trees. Ann had left essentials tea, coffee, milk etc as well as some lovely treats including a choice of squash & bottled water. This is a gem of place especially if you're looking for somewhere to step of the world and find some peace. We could even see the Sea in the distance from our bedroom window. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful linen and lovely fluffy towels. We honestly cannot fault the place or Ann whose communication was very clear and she takes great pride in Annie's Annexe. We can't wait for a return visit.

Wonderful apartment in Woodbridge! Very handy for the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants of Woodbridge! Lovely welcome gifts , including a lovely bottle of white wine, which was definitely enjoyed!! Very comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels too! Only 5 minutes walk to the local bakeries, we really loved everything from Brown Bread Bakery and also the 2 Magpies!! Lovely breakfast at Maeves tea room. We could also recommend visiting Snape Maltings for lovely coffee and a fantastic deli too! Also enjoyed a river cruise from there. Good location for visiting Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh! To be highly recommended

We absolutely adored our stay at The Hut, it’s a perfect little sanctuary ideal for a getting away from it all and recouperating. The location is extremely private but with wide countryside views. The enclosed garden meant even the dog could relax and despite being away in 30 degree heat the shade from the trees kept us cool in both the garden and the hut. The hut has been decorated to a really high speck, and absolutely beautifully presented with immense attention to detail. Everything we could’ve wanted was already there. Thank you Matt. We’re really pleased to have found the hut and will definitely be back!

Tranquil, idyllic well equipped cottage. We were attending a wedding at Butley Priory so did not have time to explore. But would definitely recommend. Lovely outside space for sitting out and eating / drinking.

We have visited several places in Suffolk but this is one of the most beautiful locations in which we have stayed. It’s very lovely and peaceful and we loved sitting watching the boats and birds when we were not on walks. The Maybush pub is located nearby for a meal out but we also cooked in and the accommodation had everything we required.

Lovely self contained room with its own shower room/toilet. Teresa met us when we arrived and ran through everything we needed to know. There was everything we needed for the night and Teresa was helpful with the breakfast and drinks she supplied as we were leaving early. The room was in the perfect place for us, 2 minutes from our event the next day and 20 minutes drive to Felixtowe beach (where we went for a few hours) Would happily have stayed more nights and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we were heading down that way again.

The cottage was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and well equipped. I think it was even better than the photos! Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The garden was lovely to sit in and secure for my dog. Nick advised us on the quieter dog walks and we had some lovely walks in the countryside and along the river, with some stunning views. I found that all the dog walkers I met were very considerate and put their dogs on leads even before they realised that mine was reactive. This made the walks much more relaxed than usual. Whilst I didn’t use my car all weekend, as it was just me and my dog, along with the walks there are many things to see and do in this area. I would love to come back with my husband and explore it further. I would definitely recommend the cottage.

We needed a base in Melton for a long weekend to attend a wedding. This accommodation was perfect for us both, and our two grown up ‘children’. The host gave clear instructions, and it was easy to find. It had everything listed, and more. Two en-suite bathrooms were perfect for us, and we could walk to the church in under 10 minutes. There was plenty of off road private parking too. The loveliest part was the warmth of welcome - a bottle of fizz, milk in the fridge, and nice biscuits. Julia gave us time to settle in and then came over to check we had all we needed. She was extremely friendly, kind and helpful and also gave us a flexible check-out time. We would strongly recommend this lovely coach house for a beautiful Suffolk get-away.
