Very cozy house that is perfect to have a barbecue with company and visit the bath

We were resting at Oleksandr's house, a family of 11 people. We liked everything, everyone had a place to stay. Very convenient grill, and a neat area. Lots of cookware and drinks. We didn't use the pool because it was cool. Oleksandr is a very nice person, and he helped us with all the issues. It is also possible to buy charcoal for the grill. Great place to relax!

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

Vyacheslav is a great and welcoming host! The house is nice, tidy, has everything for a barbecue, a river with incredible views)) We especially recommend trying the sauna, this is a real relaxation!))

I liked everything very much. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious) Not far from the center,near the apartment there are shops,cafes and bus stops, this is very convenient. I really liked everything,I recommend it)

I stayed in this apartment for about a week, and really enjoyed it. Apartment was comfortable, equipped with all necessities, and sparkling clean. It’s located in beautiful Podil area, with grocery shops and cafes in walking distance. Subway station is in a walking distance as well. This apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view. During air alarms it’s comfortable to hide in a bathroom (for 1 person), general hall, or there’s a shelter in about 100 miters. Will be coming back to this apartment for sure.

Our hostess Katerina and her team have provided constant support for all your needs, the location of the apartment is very nice and the apartment has been well repaired. There is a double bed. An apartment I would want to stay in again. Highly recommend if you think it will meet your need. Thanks for everything 🙏

I really liked everything, a modern apartment with an incredible view of the center of Kiev. Of the disadvantages, only the location near the station, you can hear trains, but with short term rentals, it did not bother much.

Wonderful, atmospheric apartment with a good location. A big plus is having a speaker for music and a good library. It's also convenient that there was a flexible check-in time.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern, and with a great view of the city. location-wise it’s within walking distance to parks and city center. Nataliya was an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything was well-taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommended!

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.

Excellent location close to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stations. The apartment has modern decor and is very quiet at night. Would love to book again in the future. Snizhana is very kind and proactive - one step ahead in making sure things are alright for the guest (which would be me).

It is difficult for me to evaluate the apartment because I rented it for my relatives, but they are satisfied and this is the main thing for me. I fully agree with their impressions!
