Amazing family run stay. Great value, cleanliness, it was equipped great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an oasis in the heart of Old Town Split!

Very nice lodge in old town

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! Super sweet couple. Thank you so much for hosting us! 🩷

We had a wonderful stay in Barbara's place. The apartment was very clean with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The views from the private top terrace were magnificent, practically though the thunderstorms and the sunsets. We even saw bee eaters flying just below us! amazing! The pool was wonderful to cool down after a long journey to reach Tribjunj. It even has an outside kitchen with grill and plenty of seating. Barbara was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed our long awaited trip back to Tribjunj and the improvements to the area where pleasing to see.

The best time! Jossip and his family were so helpful, the breakfast is yummy and we will be back!

Our family of 6 people have had a wonderful time at the house and we will miss waking up to a fantastic view. We had sun and about 25 degrees all week even though it's November. We sat both inside and out and enjoyed the nice pool, the mountains and the sea. We missed nothing and it felt luxurious to stay in the house. Everything was nice, fresh and very well planned. Nathalie recommended us to rent a car which we are grateful for as it allowed us to easily get to different cities and drive up into the mountains and look at pomegranate trees and olive groves. Nathalie has always been available to us if we wondered about anything. We give 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Although we only stayed one night, the apartment is fully equipped so you can spend as many days as you like. In addition to highlighting Kornelija's patience and kindness.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did all our excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, and you can then go back to the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is available, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. The contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

Nice apartment with air conditioning in a quiet location. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets from the balcony in the evening. Good parking. Nice swimming in the village. The proximity to the World Heritage City of Sibenik is outstanding. Hosts are friendly and help with any issues.
