La vista dalla stessa casa permette di ammirare a sinistra la costa della riserva naturale di Torre Salsa, centralmente la spiaggia di Bovo Marina e a destra la Costa di Eraclea Minoa . Insomma un panorama mozzafiato. La villetta ha un ampio spazio esterno con piante e fiori tipici della macchia mediterranea. Una strada privata permette di arrivare fin davanti l'abitazione.
