Antalya’da ilk tatilimdi açıkçası ev hakkında çok korku yaşıyordum ilk başta ama eve gectigimde evin ne kadar iyi olduğunu fark ettim gönderilen fotoğraflar ve konumların hepsi doğruydu bizimle çok iyi ilgilendiler eve çok yakın plaj vardı gezip görülebilecek çok yerler vardı ailenizi eşiniz dostunuzu götürebileceğiniz bir yer çok memnun kaldım buradan da Burak abiye selamlarımı yolluyorum bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi .

The room was clean & comfortable in an apartment in a quiet & safe area. Host was helpful and friendly. Would recommend, especially for the price paid.

Gutes Hotel

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Harika bir daire. Tertemiz, düzenli ferah bir evde ve gayet güzel sakin bir muhitte kendi evimde hissederek kaldım. Altuğ Bey detaylı ve kolay anlaşılır bilgiler vererek girişin çok kolay olmasını sağladı. Yerel restoranlar ve gidilecek yerler ile ilgili bilgiler iletti. Dost canlısı ve sıcak iletişim için teşekkür ediyorum. Bir dahaki sefer geldiğimde yine burada kalırım.

Located in Old Town of Antalya, this is a great place to stay and have a relaxing holiday. The Old Town itself is very charming and the rest of Antalya is accessible via cabs. The host was extremely helpful during our pick up and check out. Probably one of the most accommodating hosts I've come across. Definitely recommend.

Le logement est très bien pour un petit séjour à deux, ou pour un plus long séjour en solo. De nombreux bars et restaurants avec de la musique live à proximité et la plage également.

Great location right next to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. Phenomenal breakfast. Boutique hotel is so nice and a diamond in the rough. Host is very friendly and helpful. Would come back and stay again.

Отличные апартаменты, все продумано. Прекрасная и большая терраса. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе, до пляжа идти минут 10-15. Круглосуточная ресепшен, всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Очень отзывчивый управляющий. Есть хорошая парковка для машин, всегда находили там место для нашей машины. На территории есть бассейн, где удобно и комфортно поплавать. Единственно терраса находится на четвертом этаже а лифт ходит только до третьего. Приходилось подниматься пешком на один этаж.

Super freundlich. Mega zentral. 2 Minuten zu den Supermärkten, 2 Minuten Fußläufig Restaurants. 8Minutenbzum Strand. Einfach perfekt.

Spacious house in a secluded, quiet part of a private compound, well screened by Olive, Pomegranate and citrus trees. The space itself, large open plan kitchen (well equiped)/lounge, with covered veranda for dining. Middle floor bedrooms a decent size along with the bathroom, upper floor, self contained bedroom/bathroom/veranda. Compound has a large swimming pool and bar area, covered areas with loungers, was very quiet when we were there. Beach is about a 15min walk away. Note, mainly private hotel beach areas, Milkum has a private beach area, and there's a public beach to the left about 20mins walk away, not the best kept... however the sea appears to be clean. Decent size M Migros supermarket about 15min walk away. Overall, a great two weeks spent here. Helpful host, quick to respond to messages.

Yaklaşık 3 hafta kalma şansımız oldu. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflardaki gibi mutfak eşyaları yeterli be kullanışlıydı. Havuz zaten sitenin ortasında kolayca girip çıkabiliyorsunuz fakat deniz için 10 dklık yürüyüş mesafesi var. Plaj ayrıca çok güzel deniz tertemiz. Ev sahibi ve görevli kişiyle kolayca iletişime geçtik hızlı dönüş aldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle güzel sakin bir tatil geçirmek isterseniz tercih edebilirsiniz.☺️

I really cannot fault anything. Farkin's place was perfect in every way. Great location on the edge of the old town. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and Farkin had supplied very detailed information on local bars, restaurants and beaches. On top of that. Farkin was easy to reach and very responsive whenever I had a question or needed some help. I will definitely return and stay here in the future.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Tolle Aussicht nah am Strand! Super Appartement alles vorhanden! 2 tolle Balkone mit großartiger Aussicht! Restaurants Beach alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ! Waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen!! Würden wiederkommen ! Sehr hilfreich beim einchecken

Mr. Hasan was helpful in welcoming us, providing information about activities that could be done in Side, and the usable areas of the house. He is a very friendly person, I recommend his place to everyone.

Berat was great host, very responsive. We needed more blankets and he personally delivered them to us within 30min. The place was spacious, much bigger than the pictures show. Very good location, walkable to many places including restaurants, shops, and historical areas. The only comment I have is regarding the parking. There are street parking available in the area, however very hard to find a spot during evening times if you have a car. Overall, highly recommended!

Отличное тихое место для долгосрочной аренды, вежливый, дружелюбный персонал и чувствуешь себя как дома. Если вдруг что то было нужно - хозяйка своевременно всем обеспечивала. Локация стоит отдельного восхищения. Рестораны, магазины, вид на море и горы. Обязательно вернемся еще!

This is in a great location and they were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone visiting Side.

Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.
