A lovely family home near Sidmouth beach overlooking a park with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a family of 4 but can sleep up to 6. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 smaller, a modern large bathroom, new kitchen with everything you need. The whole house is really light with sunshine flooding through pretty stained glass windows. Thoughtfully decorated with really imaginative use of space. The holiday cottage has sea views is right on the costal path, next to an indoor pool and the high street.

Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
