This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Grand Cosy Stay by the Seaside in Lyme Regis
‘Waterside’ sits on the River Lym, originally built in the 1800’s, inspired by France in the busy port trading days of Lyme Regis. Lovely cottage close to the beach in Sidmouth
Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Close enough to town but far enough away
The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
