A beautifully & atmospherically built cozy cottage, with lots of glass so that when you are inside by the wood stove, you can still enjoy the nature outside. The cottage is built with oak from the land and loam from the Maas nearby. The construction is made with so-called pin hole connections & the walls are filled with loam & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed, you have amazing views over the countryside. Maybe you'll see a deer!

Over ons: Vanuit een passie voor gastvrijheid en de wens voor meer rust en groen om ons heen, ben ik met mijn gezin naar deze prachtige plek verhuisd om te genieten en om een B&B te starten. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.
