In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Base of Operations

The house is a perfect strategic starting point for excursions and culture - e.g. Esterhazy Palace/Eisenstadt, Family Park and Opera/St. Margarethen, Operette/Seebühne Mörbisch, Rust, swimming in Lake Neusiedl or Lake Neufeld. The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideally located for tours between Lake Neusiedl and Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Palace in Fertőd

Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of 450 HUF (1.50 euro).
