The house has three bedrooms with a double bed, two full bathrooms, an integrated living room and kitchen, a laundry room and a 50 m2 patio. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances. Air conditioning system through aerothermal and radiant-refreshing floor. There is a security camera in the common area of the building.

Everything is ready for you to live a few unique days. Private salt chlorination pool with thermal canvas, barbecue grill and air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
