This is a very spacious 2 bedroom living area. I added it’s own private entrance. There is no access to any other part of the house. I have modified one bedroom to include a mini kitchen, it does NOT have a stove. I provide a hot plate, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker, as well as basic dinning needs, plates, utensils & cups. Very quiet paved street & mountain view. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING to ensure that this would be a great fit for both parties

Felt right at home in this lovely space. This is one of the most comfortable and well appointed rentals I have had the pleasure to stay in decades! Pictures did not do it justice. If you love to cook like I do you will greatly appreciate this wonderful well equipped kitchen! Loved the gas stove, farm sink, large refrigerator, lovely dish ware and stainless steel cook pots! So good to see No toxic teflon cookware which is sadly often peeling in other rentals. The bathroom was elegant, spacious with an amazing tub to soak in! The yard had a soothing water fountain that many birds delighted in visiting. As well as the shade of some lovely tall trees and comfortable sitting areas scattered about the yard. To my delight their friendly orange cat came to visit when I was enjoying the peaceful yard who I feel in love with. Diana and Brett were very helpful and gracious host. I look forward to another visit in the future. Book this rental, you will be glad you did! Thank you Diana! :)

We have rented a few places for a weekend out of town, and as much as we enjoy a much needed break and a change of pace, there was just something that has always made us look forward to coming back to our own space. This was the first time we did not want to leave! Sarah was such a great host. Reaching out to welcome us, checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed, and making sure Barley didn't overstay his welcome--which he didn't, made us feel so comfortable in their space. But often we would just come and go as if we were the only ones there. I can't say enough about how well equipped the casita is with anything and everything you could possibly need. My husband says if we would have known we would not have packed half of the stuff we brought. We not only had an amazing time, we met some great people. Thank you again for everything!

This place is beautiful and the hosts have maximized every inch of space. The guest suite was clean and furniture comfy. Host was responsive and even brought us out skewers when we forgot to get some. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. P.S. Host offers breakfast for a reasonable price and it was delicious every day. A must try if you don’t feel like cooking!!

Great communication; very responsive and provided me with information before I could even ask for it. Charlie checked in with me the morning after arrival just to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything It was great having separate rooms for everyone and the home was beautiful. Will definitely book again, should we be in the Sierra Vista area again, whether for work or pleasure.
