home was very clean and cozy!! everything was in walking distance and close to the beach, restaurants and shops were walkable distance 😊

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Queen’s Siesta Oceanview Retreat! The location is unbeatable — just a 1-minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sand and ocean daily, even with a baby. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very family-friendly. The extra beach chairs, toys, and essentials in the storage unit were a great bonus and much appreciated. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra linens, towels, and laundry supplies — everything we needed was available. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. Thank you, Queen, for being a great host!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying here! Neraj and Mamta were both super kind and helpful, and were always willing to provide recommendations for the area as there is so much to do! The condo itself is beautiful. It was quaint and perfect for my boyfriend and I. The beach is incredibly close, it took maybe 5 minutes to walk to it, not to mention it is a PRIVATE beach! This was my boyfriend's first time to the beach ever, and it was wonderful to be able to avoid the overcrowded public beaches. The condo had all amenities available that we needed. There were multiple different times we said "oh we need ____" and it was available right there (beach towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs, etc.). Thank you Neraj and Mamta for making this experience as incredible as it could possibly be - we hope to be back soon!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

The place was absolutely beautiful and directly across the street from the beach. The amenities were perfect and the balcony with the ocean view was incredible. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolers, wagon, beach umbrellas and towels. The host was great and very responsive. We definitely will be back to this unit. It’s the best one we’ve ever stayed at.

Both the hosts were great. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Renee is an amazing host. When we told her we were flying in Friday night and getting a hotel because the flight was cheaper she offered to let us check in Friday night for no charge. Renee checked in with us a few times throughout the week to see if we needed anything. We look forward to vacationing with her again in the future.

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

Stayed for the month and didn’t want to leave! Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated! Clara was very responsive, to the point where she went out of her way to find extra, personal beach chairs when we needed them! I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience.

My experience was great from the start. After making my booking I received video instructions, showing how to enter the gate, find the laundry, use the key fob and everything I needed when I arrived. I loved this because it made everything familiar and easy. I also appreciated that when the room was ready we were notified that we could arrive at anytime and aftrrwards we received a follow up to make sure everything was to our liking! we had a great time! Thank you!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The grounds were beautifully kept. Pool right out the back door. Quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Great week, can’t wait to go back.
