If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Andrej is a very nice and friendly host. Gave us tips for the stay and was easy to reach. The house is very nice and very clean. All together a great holiday.

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation, it has a fantastic location right by the sea and is also nice and cool on hot days. Olivera welcomed us warmly. Since we traveled without a car, Olivera kindly picked us up from the ferry on arrival and took us back there on departure. The island and the place are fantastically beautiful!

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the waves, really beautiful location that is not far from a couple of restaurants and cafés. The apartment and kitchen had everything needed, and the hosts were flexible with the check-in and check-out time :))

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the villa! The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

Mihaela is the kindest, loveliest host you can imagine and this is a fabulous apartment. It's in a quiet peaceful place but still an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Just below is a gorgeous little bay for swimming and the big balcony is perfect for watching the boats, the sunsets and all the butterflies in the bougainvillea. We wished we could stay forever!

We had a lovely stay at Marijana’s house. There’s plenty of space and it is well equipped. Marijana is very friendly and came to meet us from the ferry, and even lent us waterproofs the one time it rained! There is a lovely beach close by, and a fantastic bakery a short walk away. We found several great snorkelling spots on the island and some nice walks. The only downside to our stay on Silba was the mosquitoes, although these were no problem inside the house thanks to the mosquito nets in all the windows. Overall a great stay, thank you so much Marijiana!

The place is as presented, nicely equiped and very clean. Very close to the port, 2-3 minutes walking distance, but nicely secluded and quite. Zdravka welcomed me nicely and showed me the apartment. There was complementary water bottle and beer.

Fantastic location, very close to a large, sandy beach. If you’re up very early you can catch sunrise from the balcony. The balcony has shade from lunchtime onwards and has a beautiful view across the bay. The accommodation is simple and the apartment was very clean. We had an excellent week at Mauro’s place and can highly recommend.

Perfect place place to spend some days (or weeks) in Olib! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We cooked most of the days and it is probably the best equipped Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!

Very lovingly furnished little cottage, perfect for a family (two adults, two children). Very nice hosts who embellish the vacation with small niceties. Location perfect, everything can be reached in two minutes (beach, restaurant, grocery store) Absolutely recommended.

We stayed in the apartment immediately after the renovation, so it was very nice, pleasant and clean. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops and the center, and yet private and quiet. It consists of one bedroom on the first floor with a wide double bed, mattress length about 190 cm, and one living room with two sofa beds on the ground floor. What is particularly pleasant is the terrace with a solid shade in the greenery, surrounded by a garden. Recommendation for a pleasant stay at Silba!
