Very cute place! Was perfect for a girls trip away. The bed was comfortable and the views from the back deck made it all the better!

What a beautiful place inside and out. The listing was identical to the pictures. Beach access couldn’t be closer and you have an amazing view of the coastline. The place was immaculate and how so many amenities included that made our stay very homie and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. 5 stars, 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

Absolutely amazing! Clean, cozy, safe, and only 24 stair steps to the beach!! The deck and living room window offered stunning views of the ocean. The bed was comfortable. A fire in the fire place was a great addition on the rainy days. The grass yard was perfect for our dog and we loved the visit from the bunny now and then. The host was awesome. We can’t wait to go back again!

Quiet neighborhood with lots of space to spread out but also space to be together and hang out.

The place was clean and exactly as pictured—right on the beach. We enjoyed the views, sunset, and beach walks. Our little one loved playing on the grassy area behind the property. There was some noise from upstairs and passing cars, as mentioned in other reviews, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. It’s a quiet, convenient spot between Newport and Florence. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVED this little cabin. It was such a sweet space, with beautiful landscaping, and a homey feel. the beach access was incredible. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The private deck with a stunning view was the perfect place to relax—what more could you ask for? Convenient parking was a bonus, and the tasteful, classy furniture added a touch of luxury. We had a wonderful stay in Newport! The home was full of charm and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the bayfront, where we could hear the sea lions. The large windows facing the bay made the space feel open and peaceful, and we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. We’d definitely stay here again!

Scott's home is very comfortable. I felt right at home. He had a very stocked kitchen and very cozy house. I would love to return!

The beach house was perfectly located on Newport Beach and had everything our travel group could have wished for. Clean, well-equipped with a great little garden, where an evening fire can be lit! April was easy to reach and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely come back!

My partner and I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing anniversary here at this charming house by the beach. We loved the character of the design like the pirate decor and ocean themes throughout the home. Everything felt very comfy and cozy!

Jamie was so kind and responsive! Dana across the street went above and beyond with helping us out when we tripped a breaker and was always so friendly. It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to outlets/restaurants/laundromat. We are very thankful for our stay and would definitely stay again!

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!
