The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Pas de frais de ménage sauf si la maison n' est pas rendue propre. Chauffage par pompe à chaleur.
