House holiday rentals in S'illot

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy - perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

We (dad, mom and baby) had a wonderful week in this fantastic finca. The quiet location in the middle of nature was perfect for switching off. The pool was the absolute highlight for all of us! The air conditioning worked perfectly - a big plus, especially on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also modern and with strong water pressure - better than at home! In a few minutes you are at the sea, ideal for spontaneous excursions. The owner was super nice, warm and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Important to know: As stated in the description, a car is absolutely necessary to be flexible on the road. For us it was an all-round successful holiday – we would love to come back and can highly recommend the finca!

Very quiet location to go on vacation with friends, as in our case. The house has all kinds of useful services (kitchens, spacious living rooms with televisions and 4 bathrooms) with an extensive garden and porch to eat all together. In addition , the hosts were attentive at all times and were very kind, both for the reservation arrangements and for recommendations about the area and the island. We would 100% recommend it!

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

It was a peaceful, quiet, exactly what we required after days spent touring the region. Well away from noise and activity of normal holiday accommodation.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We loved staying at Ximena's house. It is very well located in Porto Cristo, a stone's throw from the beach, and you can also walk to the bus stop that comes directly from the airport. The house is very spacious, and we were very comfortable. The patio is a plus. Ximena has been available at all times to answer any questions.

This beautiful Spanish villa was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Santanyí so easy walking distance from all the restaurants, town centre and market stalls right outside the house on Wednesday / Saturday! Also a great place to explore the southern beaches. The villa has everything you need, stunning decor and architectural touches. Having a local mallorcan wine on one of the (3!!) terraces was bliss. Would recommend again and again

We had a wonderful time in the house. Amazing views, the house has everything we needed for a relax stay. The place was exactly as described. Our H host was very kind and responsive, always available if we had any questions. Also, the cleaning crew, who came to clean after the air conditioner was fixed, where very kind.There was an issue with the air conditioner, and the crew that came to fix it, did an excellent job, they even skip lunch in order to fix it. We had a beautiful, relaxed and restful stay all around. We highly recommend the apartment! Great friendly service and a cozy, absolutely clean place to stay. The roof terrace is amazing! We will be happy to come back!

The stay at Finca Son Fortuny was wonderful. The villa is lovely and equipped with all the comforts. The pool is fantastic and the garden has several seats so you always have a good place to sit. Maria goes out of her way to feel at home and regularly comes for the garden and swimming pool. She also even has detergent and herbs ready. The surroundings are quiet. This place is further from the very tourist (party)spots, but the beautiful beaches and villages of the south east of Mallorca can be reached in 35 to 45 minutes. Nearby in Sant Joan you will find two small supermarkets and in 20 minutes you are in Manacor. We'd love to come back next year! Thanks Maria!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

The house is secluded on a hillside with magnificent views towards the sea. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and in the large kitchen we found a basket with fresh fruit and vegetables - a great start to the holiday. Although the pictures in the advertisement do not show it, the house has a private driveway and is far away from other houses. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool was very well maintained and offered plenty of space for play and fun with our son. Since the windows do not have shutters, it can get hot in the upper rooms - there is no air conditioning. We were lucky that a light wind blew in the evening and at night, so we could sleep well with the window open. All in all, a great place to stay. We'll be back. All

The villa was a beautiful place to stay for our first holiday as a family of 3 and provided everything we needed and wanted for our holiday. Our son (11 months old) had the best time. He enjoyed the pool and being in the hammock with one of us each day. He even managed to try some of the oranges (his favourite) growing on the trees. The location itself was perfect; peaceful and quiet, with everything to make the stay comfortable (including cot and high chair) and shops etc a short drive away. It was also a great base for visiting other areas, such as Pollenca, Alcudi and Porto Cristo. Thank you for a great stay!
