Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. And once you come here you don't have to worry about extra costs... taxes, final cleaning, parking, AC, WiFi are included in the price! ;-)

Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

Very close to Šilo Central Sand beach (130 m walking distance). Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.
