Since the time of arrival, we have been very welcome. The stay was extremely pleasant, we felt at home! The atmosphere is welcoming, decorated with great care and attention to detail, which makes all the difference. The location is also excellent, super quiet and safe. It was a wonderful experience, which we certainly want to repeat. We will definitely return and recommend it with our eyes closed!

The location of the house is very good, on a quiet and beautiful street, but a car is necessary for transportation. It is close to Largo do Cônego, where there is a lot of commerce, a bakery and restaurants, and close to the intimate fashion hub of Olaria. The house is comfortable, has parking, was clean and has a kitchen with the necessary utensils. It's very cold, but there were plenty of blankets available. Large TV. A little slow wifi. The shower has a strong and hot shower, but as it is electric it does not heat up so much, and we had a very cold week. The host is friendly and was very receptive. Everything was in accordance with the advertisement.

The stay in Neusa's apartment, was wonderful from the time we got there until we left. Neusa was a luxury host, she was waiting for us as we had agreed. I take us to know the surroundings in the apartment, downtown, supermarket, business etc. it was always pending in case we needed something, but her apartment was super complete. It's just as you can see in the photos, but being in the place it's even nicer. I recommend it 100% !! They won't regret it. I'll definitely be back soon ! Thanks total

Felype was always very attentive, polite and helpful, and gave several tips on places and events. The condominium is amazing, a beautiful place with a view of the pool and the sea. The apartment had everything, you don't have to worry about taking anything from home, everything is clean and organized, we intend to return soon again. I highly recommend!!

For the amount charged, there should be air conditioning, as the penthouse is very hot, the location is excellent, it is close to everything, the only thing that is unpleasant is the noise until dawn with noisy motorcycles that pass on the avenue making maneuvers and speeding and without control. My final assessment is positive, flexible check-in and check-out, and very clean place.

Our experience was simply amazing! The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the photos of the listing. The place is charming, surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking rest, comfort and connection with the environment. Everything was impeccable, very well taken care of. The host, Cezar, welcomed us very well, was extremely attentive and helpful from before our arrival until the end of the stay, always available for any questions or needs. The only observation — which in no way compromised our experience — is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up, so it is important to plan ahead. In addition, everything was perfect! We left feeling refreshed and already want to return soon.
