The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

My family and I visited for the weekend and were thrilled with the experience! The cozy cottage was the perfect place to come back to and relax after our day of exploring Letchworth State Park. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! There were also so many accommodations to meet all our needs. We took advantage of the corn home and fire pit at the end of our night. My family had a blast, Thank you!

Book your stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. From a warm welcome with a handwritten note and fresh cookies to an easy check-in and check-out process with clear instructions, everything was seamless. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with extras, including throw blankets, makeup remover, and a great selection of coffee. Though we came to visit family and didn’t need local tips, the hosts provided a helpful guide for exploring the area. It’s also pet-friendly—but so clean, you'd never know dogs are allowed. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. Had plenty of room & accommodations. Enjoyed hanging at the firepit and playing cornhole. Beautiful weather & sunsets. We would definitely come back to stay again when visiting relatives in the area. The only difficulty was the construction currently going on that made directions a little confusing, but Jenae gave us a heads up about it so we got in just fine. We highly recommend this spot if you're visiting in the area.

What a creative renovation, we would love to return in warmer months when we can open all the screens on the garage doors. Wonderful stay, you can go outside or stay in to enjoy the views of the water. Peaceful mornings and nice sunsets in the evening. We even saw a rainbow in the lake during our stay! The place is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need.

What a wonderful comfortable place — we felt at home right away. The house is well-stocked with everything a family could need… from tons of towels to firewood to every kitchen essential. The weather was cold and windy, but we enjoyed a cozy fire in the massive fireplace. Wonderful location- just minutes to beautiful Letchworth State Park. Thank you, Tim! We’ll definitely be back!

Julie’s house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. She welcomed us with fresh flowers and a card. We enjoyed sitting around the fire out back in the evenings. We would love to stay there again the next time we are in the area. Highly recommend!!
