Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. We are committed to providing you a unique, peaceful and comfortable escape from the world. We welcome any feedback that will help us improve the Chipmonk or the experience.

Tranquil and inviting rustic, historic mountain escape located just off a vibrant creek and nestled into the mountain. Breathtaking views! Perfect for a single traveler or a romantic haven for 2! Relax and unwind in front of the large stone wood burning fireplace. Work and play in the secluded and cozy office. This cabin is refreshingly simple and has an earthy feel about it. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t the cabin for you. It is VERY clean, but not updated/renovated. No pets allowed.

The Bread House in Silver Plume

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.

Is accessed via a scenic 20 minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. Walkable to the trailhead for St Mary’s Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Includes parking. *4WD required during winter months.*

The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!
