The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

Stillwater Cutie

Stillwater is a peaceful village located 8km off State Highway 1 on the Hibiscus Coast. Known for its great community spirit and friendly boat club, Stillwater is also the start point for the popular Okura bush walk. Silverdale town centre is a 10 minute drive from Stillwater and hosts supermarkets, large chain stores, restaurants and smaller independent stores. Our little flat is connected to our main house and offers comfortable, basic amenities suitable for a stop-over or short stay.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. This beautifully styled, new home is just 200m from Orewa Beach and has everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Comfortable beds with hotel quality linen, full kitchen and laundry facilities, Smart TV, BBQ, deck for summer dining and watching the stunning sunsets, and 2 stand up paddleboards for guests to use. Far enough away from the main highway to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach, estuary track, shops and restaurants.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
