Separate/private entrance to the room, no access to main area of house. The main home has long-term renters whom you will hear (if they're home). Please do not book if this is an issue😊. No more than 2 bodies in the room. One (1) parking space. If booking on the same day, give an hour before arriving if after 4pm.

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Downstairs is another living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer). Our kitchen is fully equipped so that you could cook meals. The living areas have large TVs (no cable TV) and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.
