The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Lots of privacy and quiet. The neighbours are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Stunning pool with sea views. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes away by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a sun lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

Our family of five stayed at Villa Eduardo for 7 nights. We were little bit afraid, because this was our first time with Airbnb. The house has very modern and easy access from Rome. The address was little bit hard to find, because the actual bigger road is called Strada delle Terme and them the right turn to a small rocky Via delle Terme. There is a large shopping mall nearby and nice restaurants. Especially Citta Sant'Angelo is really worth to see. The house is very modern with convenient garden and Tuscany-like scenery with olive growes and wineries. The actual view is breathtaking with the blue sea view. Lucia was very warm and welcoming host who came every day to check that we are ok. She also took us to the beach that they own. Every family is probably thinking about the pool and it was very good for us about 12 metres and wide about 5 metres. In any chance we would definitely go back.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Marco's house was exceptional, located very close to the sea, within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, spacious, with all the accessories available for me and my family. Everything went smoothly, Marco proved to be impeccable, very kind and always available. I absolutely recommend staying at his Airbnb!

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

I spent a relaxing vacation at Caterina's apartment, an apartment that is literally 30 meters from the sea. Great value.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

Massimiliano's house is very pleasant, cool despite the heat because the air circulates very well; you can enjoy the countryside near the sea. Massimiliano was very helpful since our arrival and nice during our stay. The neighbors, relatives of Massimiliano, were also welcoming and friendly. Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host.
