Monthly Rentals in Simcoe Island

We travelled up for a girls’ hockey tournament and the location was perfect - 15 mins from the rink in Kingston and many restaurants on the way to and from. Rebecca and Nick were gracious, accommodating, and they truly did go above and beyond what was expected to ensure we were taken care of. The townhouse is recent construction, furnished well with comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, and pristine, modern, and clean fixtures. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. I don’t think we could have asked for anything more! If we travel to Kingston again, we will definitely be staying at Rebecca and Nick’s place!

Staying at Michelle and Lee's Airbnb was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the Airbnb was cozy and clean, and Michelle and Lee were always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

I was lucky to come to Isabelle’s place for a family getaway. It was the perfect place for relaxing - it feels very remote and quiet, with tons of cute deer to watch in the evenings, a nice dock for watching the sunset, and a very cozy living space. The ferry rides were also a fun little experience. I was surprised at how many supplies they had stocked the kitchen with, enough for us to try complicated recipes. The latte machine (with milk frother) and complimentary coffee was also a huge bonus! Isabelle was always quick to reply and very helpful when we had any questions, before and during our stay. Definitely hoping to come back soon. Would highly recommend for a secluded and peaceful stay.

This place is nothing short of breathtaking. The cottage itself is warm and cosy and you know it is used by its owners which adds tons of authenticity. The island is perfect when you have young kids... they can basically go anywhere they want, run, shout.... The landscape is like a dream, we've been gifted with one of the best sunset one can dream of. A truly authentic Canadian cottage... and if you need something, you can just hop on the short ferry and get it at the Wolfe Island dépanneur. And finally, the hosts... excellent, responsive and made us feel like friends using their cottage. We needed a peaceful place to chill and have our kids enjoying themselves, we found it. 6 star, will definitely come back. Merci Sandra and Rebecca.
