Sports park & rambling 5 mn away. Shops, cinema, theatre, festivals, golf nearby and the sea a 30 mn drive. Main room/ kitchen 25 m2 + terrace with seating area. Sheets&towels included. Space to park a car. Swimming pool shared with residents & access to private garden. Direct access to rambling on the nearby hills.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. Given the small surface area, it is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets and towels provided as well as basic products (condiments, coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Appartement lumineux de 70m2 avec vue imprenable sur le port de cassis, le château, le cap canaille ( plus haute falaise d'Europe). Vous pourrez vous déplacer à pieds depuis l'appartement pour vous rendre en plein coeur de Cassis où il y a tous les commerces, restaurants,bars et à 150 mètres des 2 plages. Rénové en Mars 2018 , tout confort , grand salon avec coin repas ,chambre principal avec un grand dressing,cuisine aménagée et équipé, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.

sur le haut de Bouc Bel Air , venez profiter du calme à 10 mn d'Aix en Provence et 25 mn de Marseille et des plages de la côte bleue dans un grand T3 confortable et bien équipé. la véranda donne sur la pinède et le vieux village. deux chambres confortables avec accès direct sur la terrasse. un véhicule est nécessaire car il n'y a qu'un bus qui va vers Aix ou vers Gardanne à proximité de la maison .
