Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Welcome in an exquisite penthouse in Hartberg, in the center of the thermal bath region. A wonderfull big terrasse alows you a amazing panorama view, two nice bed rooms promise quietness, the luxury, well equiped kitchen inspires each gourmet. The comfortable living room invites for remaining. According the central position it is the ideal start point to dicover the nice aria of East Styria and its surrounding. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
