The cottage is located only 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces, there is a beautiful sea view. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

Ideal for families with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + a loft and crib and toys, children's chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, there is a beautiful playground in Bratten Strand at the local grocery store. You get this beautiful villa all to yourself! There are two floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Living room with TV and wood stove, large dining room and kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, and iron. Older charming cottage that we have restored and kept the decor in retro style. Located in the middle of Bjergby's lovely hilly nature. Rich opportunities for good walks. Or pure relaxation. The house is very cozy and contains a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator and stove. 2.5 km to food shopping There is bed linen. Max 10 km to forest and beach. There is no television. The house is heated with a wood stove. Electricity meter is read at the start and at departure. No smoking in the house.

"Lille-Haven" is the place if you want to stay close to everything, but with nature right outside the door. The house is located on a gravel road, surrounded by a little forest, outside the windows are grazing cows. 200 m to bus connection (Aalborg-Sæby-Frederikshavn), 8 km to beach (Sæby). Skagen 60 km.
