Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Voorzien van luxe keuken met koffieautomaat, zonnige tuin (ZW) met BBQ. Gratis parkeren, station op 5 min lopen. Het mooie Alkmaar op 20 min lopen, met de auto is strand 15 en bos op 10 min. Amsterdam bereikbaar in 40 min met de trein. Niet geschikt voor feesten.
