There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.

Our spacious 4 floor house, built in 1880, is located conveniently close to Gent-Sint-Pieters train station and alongside Citadel park. The art museums are a very short stroll through the park and the city centre is easily reachable by walking (20 minutes) from our peaceful neighbourhood. Our home is perfect for three couples or a family group. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Lots of privacy in addition to nice communal areas to spend time together.

Huis Van Hoorne, renovated mansion on the Zuid

In the heart of the bustling South, a stone's throw from the beautiful KMSKA museum, is Huis Van Hoorne. This recently renovated mansion from 1890 is the perfect base for exploring the old town, visiting one of the museums, boutiques or antique shops. You can enjoy culinary delights in the numerous bars and restaurants located in the neighborhood. Everything is easily accessible by foot. Public transport stops (bus, tram, bike sharing) are 150 m away.
